Rishi Raj Singh IPS, Transport Commissioner, Government of Kerala, has called for strong measures to eradicate corruption from public administration. Delivering a talk on 'Good Governance' at the Rubber Research Institute of India, Kottayam, in connection with the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week in the Rubber Board, he said there is "need-based and greed-based corruption" and any effort to expose corruption at any level is appreciable.
