摘要

In this study we examined the synthesis conditions for the formation of nanowires and nanoribbons in Cu—O and Ti-O systems using metallic powders and solutions of hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide. The morphology of product powders was strongly dependant on the starting composition of solution and reactant powder. Straight and pure nanowires easily formed in all examined compositions for the Ti—O system, whereas only nanoribbons formed in a specific condition for the Cu-0 system. In both systems, the morphology of nanowires and nanoribbons remained unchanged after post-heat treatments of the assynthesized powders at 500 °C.
