Shell Pipeline is considering reversing the Houma-to-Hous-ton pipeline in order to provide pipeline access to additionalcrudes across the 300 miles of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico re-fining complex. Those crudes include the domestic crude oilproduction increases in Texas and the Mid-continent, includ-ing the Barnett, Eagle Ford and Bakken shale plays, as wellas the growing crude supplies in the Cushing, Okla., area.
