摘要

In this work, the dielectric, ferroelectric, energy storage, electrocaloric (EC), and pyroelectric properties of (Pb0.92La0.08)(Zr0.55Ti0.45)O3 (PLZT) thin film (704 nm) are highlighted. The temperature-dependent dielectric measurements reveal its relaxor behavior with an excellent tunability (≈64) and a room-temperature dielectric constant of ≈1670 at a frequency of 1 kHz. The film demonstrates a recoverable energy storage density of 16.13 J cm3 and an efficiency of ≈67 , under an applied field of ≈1915 kV cm1. The energy storage density of the film exhibits a room-temperature fatigue endurance of 107 cycles, with a relative deviation of 13. The EC temperature change (ΔT ) and entropy change (ΔS) of 1.42 K and 3.88 J kg1 K1, respectively, are measured at near room temperature at 33 MVm1. In addition, the film demonstrates a high pyroelectric coefficient of 304 μCm2 K1 at 293 K. These properties indicate the potential of PLZT film for high-field energy storage, cooling, and energy-harvesting applications.
