Nuclear effective field theory without pions

摘要

Effective field theories without explicit pion fields have been developed for the description of weakly-bound nuclei. I review continuum results for systems with lip to four nucleons, a novel no-core-shell-model- basis calculation of larger systems, and the extension to halo nuclei.
