Cast Metals Federation Announces U.K. Component, Caster of the Year Awards

The Cast Metals Federation (CMF), West Bromwich, U.K., recently announced that Grainger & Worrall Ltd., Shropshire, U.K., won its Component of the Year award for a V8 cylinder block made for General Motors' first purpose-built NASCAR racing engine. CastAlum, Powys, U.K., was given the federation's Company Achievement Award. CMF announced the awards, along with its Supplier of the Year award, at a ceremony held in late 2010.
