Magnetic properties of a Dendrimer structure with RKKY interactions

Using Monte Carlo simulations, we study in this paper the effect of the RKKY interactions for a multi-layer Dendrimer structure formed with spin-5/2 in the Blume-Capel model. The studied system is formed by two magnetic layers, separated by a number of non-magnetic layers. The total susceptibility peaks correspond to the reduced critical temperature T-C/J. This critical temperature is displaced towards the lower temperatures. This is due to the fact that the increase of the number of non-magnetic layers increases the effect of the RKKY interactions. Hence, the system becomes disorder when increase the number of nonmagnetic layers. For increasing values of the number of non-magnetic layers, the total magnetizations oscillate between the two saturation values: -5/2 and +5/2, when the reduced crystal field increases. We have interpreted the behaviors of the magnetic hysteresis for this model. (C) 2016 The Physical Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
