In 2005, the Danish Army became the first export customer for the Eagle IV, with an order for 85 vehicles. In 2008, the German Bundeswehr selected the Eagle IV for GFF 2, with an initial order for 198 vehicles. Production forecast reflects ongoing Bundeswehr procurement, as well the contractor's expectations of additional Swiss Army orders and other export sales. A wheeled 4×4 vehicle. The prime contractor, Motorwagenfabrik AG (MOWAG), sponsors the Eagle as a private venture.
