We understand that Russian full plate nickel is steadily becoming accepted as a financeable commodity in China. In this nickel joins copper, zinc and aluminium which are already widely used for this purpose in the country. Of course the very real impact of aluminium being used in financing deals has seen soaring physical premiums at a time when stocks are running into millions of tonnes. Could this be replicated in nickel?
