Another round of production cuts is emerging at several Chinese stainless steel mills, as post holiday orders from customers turned out to be very disappointing indeed. Baosteel will continue cutting further, after a previous round of cuts in February proved insufficient to match output to demand. Cuts of another 10% are expected over March as a whole.
