ADDITIONS TO THE PTERIDOPHYTE DIVERSITY OF BHUTAN

A new checklist of Bhutanese pteridophytes has recently been compiled listing 563 (535 species and 28 additional subspecies with seven additional unnumbered hybrids, excluding cultivated species) giving details and citing specimens (Fraser-Jenkins etal., 2023). The present work provides information on the taxa newly recorded for Bhutan, collected by the author in the west, east and south-east of the country. A total of 21 taxa has been discovered new for Bhutan and are listed here, with brief details.
