Detection of H2S with Pdhyphen;gate MOS fieldhyphen;effect transistors

摘要

H2S gas sensitivity of Pdhyphen;gate MOS fieldhyphen;effect transistors has been studied in air for different temperatures. The possible chemical reactions of H2S and O2on palladium are discussed.
