摘要

π-Conjugated polymers represent a class of enabling semiconductor materials for printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs), which have potential applications for low-cost radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags, flexible and large area displays, sensors, etc. One of the major hurdles to commercialize polymer OTFTs is their rather low charge carrier mobility that is typically below 0.1 cm~2 V~(-1) s~(-1), insufficient for most target applications where a mobility equivalent to that of the amorphous silicon semiconductors (0.1-1 cm~2 V~(-1) s~(-1)) is required.
