Spick-and-span, speedily: Sanitation often can be done in less than the standard eight-hour shift-if workers and machines get proper attention.
Speed up the cleanup. Many food plant sanitation crews live under that imperative, as the drive to do more in less time reaches the sanitation department. Simply put, less time on sanitation means more time for production.
