Canada to include GhG in pipeline process

Houston-Canada's National Energy Board has said that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions will be an integral part of its hearing process when looking into whether to grant regulatory approval to TransCanada for building a natural gas pipeline in Ontario and a long haul, crude pipeline from Alberta to New Brunswick.
