Oil Futures Get More Support Six Months Out

All in all, oil prices are strengthening and the shape of the futures curve is signaling that the market is getting tighter (OD Aug.4’17), but prompt oil stumbled slightly this week. In London, Brent settled 41￠ higher on Friday at $52.42 per barrel, but was down 10￠ for the week.
