Milan—Eni SpA announced a new organization structure that will replace its existing divisional model and support the delivery of its strategy based on selective growth in the upstream sector and a turnaround in the mid-downstream segments. Under the reorganization, which will be implemented over the next few weeks, activities previously managed within Exploration Production, Refining Marketing, Versalis and Syndial will be redistributed among the following business units—Exploration; Development, Operations and Technology; Upstream, and Downstream and Industrial. These units will join the existing Midstream anrl Retail Gas Power business units.
