Council chief appointed to HSE board

The Department for Work and Pensions has appointed a new member to the HSE's board - Waltham Forest Council chief executive Martin Esom. Esom, who like the 11 other board members will be paid 15,100 pounds for a commitment of around 30 days a year, will represent local authorities.
