INDIA: The never-ending saga of possible sub-deliveries by FCI to traders short for IPL continues, but final schedule(s) are yet to emerge. The possible diversion of the cargo on the ST Stephan (42,300 mt prills with Yuzhnyy B/L January 6) to India is now excluded. FCI was subsequently expected to load the Svyatoy Panteleymon from Yuzhnyy for India, but this vessel was pulled from the Yuzhnyy berth by the trader January 26, and is no longer likely to load fertilizers.
