Brecon report makes 114 recommendations

The Defence Safety Authority (DSA) has uncovered a catalogue of causal and aggravating factors that led to the deaths of three army reservists on the Brecon Beacons in July 2013. Although some elements of the inquiry panel's report into the deaths during the SAS selection test have been withheld, an executive summary and 114 recommendations were published in April.
