Vietnam refinery signs crude,products deal

Singapore-Vietnam's maiden oil refinery project has signed an agreement with PV Oil for crude supply and products offtake,according to information from the provincial administration of Quang Ngai,home to the plant at Dung Quat.The 3 billion package deal was signed by the Dung Quat Refinery Project Management Board and PV Oil,a crude and products trading subsidiary of PetroVietnam,October 16,about 130 days ahead of the scheduled start of operations at the facility,the Quang Ngai provincial government said on its web site.
