Curt Weldon (R-Pa.) and Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), mirrors a companion bill introduced in the Senate in May (GM May 20, p. 1) by Thad Cochran (R-Miss.), Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) and Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.).
