Petrobras’ new 2022-26 strategic plan will hike its capital spending by 24, or about $13 billion, targeting a modest production growth track amid a sharply improved oil price outlook. Following a highly proOtable 2021, the Brazilian state oil company will ramp its capex to $68 billion, largely focused on pre-salt areas, with much of the increased spending aimed at exploration and production.
