Usually we the to wait to see the future. In the small farming community of Fowler, Calif., about 10 miles southeast of Fresno, there's a company manufacturing the future right now. In the world of grapes - although there are nearly as many varietiesas there are stars in the sky - they all basically fall into four categories: juice of wine grapes; canning grapes; raisin grapes of table grapes. All of these categories have their own unique methods for collecting mature crop at harvest.
