Huntsman Completes Sale to Innospec Of Its European Surfactants Business

Houston— Huntsman has concluded the sale of its European surfactants business to specialty chemicals company Innospec for an enterprise value of $225-million (PCN, 8 Aug 2016, p 3). As part of the transaction, Innospec acquires Huntsman's manufacturing plants in Saint-Mihiel, France; Cas-tiglione delle Stiviere, Italy, and Barcelona, Spain.
