Offanengo— COIM has started work on a project to increase polyester polyols capacity by 35,000 t/y at its facility in Offanengo, Italy. "The growing demand of COIM's aliphatic and aromatic polyester polyols will soon saturate the actual polyester polyols capacity," said COIM Chief Executive Lucio Siano. "This decision demonstrates COIM's commitment to the European rigid foam insulation market, C.A.S.E., footwear applications, as well as captive use."
