EuroChem buys controlling stake in Tocantins

EuroChem acquired a controlling stake of 50 plus one share in Fertilizantes Tocantins, a fertilizer distribution company in Brazil, it said in a company statement July 6. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and will likely be concluded by the end of August 2016.
