Oil trends: China: GM, SAIC to develop fuel cell vehicles

GM and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp plan to develop and market hybrid and fuel cell vehicles in China. The firms will co-develop a demonstration vehicle based on GM's Hydrogen3 fuel cell vehicle. The 2-yr demonstration will begin in Shanghai in the first quarter of 2005.
