The frequency and temperature dependences of the effective conductivity are calculated in selectively doped heterostructures with long-range variations of energy levels caused by nonuniform donor distribution. The random electric field induced by lateral redistribution of the two-dimensional concentration modified, the frequency dispersion of response in comparison with the standard Drude mechanism, The spectral and temperature dependences of the conductivity are investigated and the interplay between the Drude mechanism and the random contribution is analyzed.
