Adnoc and Linde sign MOU to expand industrial gases production

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Linde to explore the expansion of nitrogen production facilities at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, to meet future indus- trial demand. Under the agreement, Linde will carry out a preliminary front-end engineering and design study for new air separation units to meet the increasing nitrogen requirements of Adnoc’s gas process- ing, petrochemicals, and refning businesses. Further steps will follow.
