UK Flint Group has agreed to acquire Torda, a manufacturer of printing inks for packaging in Northern and Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Middle East. The transaction is expected to close by the end of March, subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
