CH2M has signed a framework agreement with Shell to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and project management serv- ices across upstream, integrated gas and down- stream projects globally. CH2M said the agreement is in line with “contin- uing efforts to make transformational improve- ments in capital project delivery efficiency in the oil and gas sector”.
