This issue of European Plastics News contains news of two pieces of European legislation that are going to have a big impact on waste recovery and plastics recycling. And, perhaps surprisingly, it could be a highly positive impact. Firstly, the Commission has finalised its Waste Framework Directive, which has been in progress since 2003, and it includes feedstock recycling withi news story on page 8).
