61 Norway blocks under hammer

The Norwegian government has unveiled plans to offer 61 offshore blocks in the 23rd Licensing Round that is due to be launched later this year. The round includes 54 blocks in the frontier Barents Sea and seven in the Norwegian Sea. Thirty-four of the blocks lie in the southeastern part of the Arctic Barents Sea, while 20 are in other parts of the Barents Sea.
