Prices fall in China on weak demand

Following two strong months of procurement from major steel mills in China, demand in September dropped off prior to the key holiday period in October. As a result, Chinese prices for oxide and ferromolybdenum have moved sharply downwards, as the market looked to destock in advance of Golden Week.
