Moulding TPV over PP

摘要

Mould design has been substantially improved with CAD, in respect of material flow patterns, the temperature of the material and mould and substrate distortion under pressure. A paper presented at the recent IRC conference in Prague underlines this point. The paper concerns the co-moulding of a two-component part, with the main body in polypropylene and some details in TPV which act as sealing elements in the final piece.
