Beach Energy reports that its 2017 financial year gas exploration campaign in the Cooper and Eromanga basins in Australia has been completed - with three discoveries made from four wells. Preliminary estimates from the drilling programme suggests 2P reserve additions of 3.4m boe, Beach said. "Beach completed its operated four‐well Permian gas exploration and appraisal campaign, which concluded with a discovery at Mokami‐1 in ex PEL 91. The well tested a western extension of the Southwest Patchawarra gas fairway and targeted liquids‐rich sand packages in the Patchawarra Formation," Beach said.
