Jeanne d'Arc block offer

The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has called for bids for three blocks in the Jeanne d'Arc region. Interested parties have until 8 November 2017 to submit bids for the blocks on offer in the round called NL17-CFB01, said the C-NLOPB, adding that its main reason for selecting the winners will be the amount of money the bidders commit to spending on exploration during Period I, which is the first period of a nine-year licence. The minimum bid for the parcel offered is US $10m in work commitments.
