Cummins and Sinopec have launched a joint venture (JV) to accelerate the afordability and availability of green hydrogen through increased technological innovation, RD, and manufacturing capacity. The JV will be known as Cummins Enze (Guangdong province, China). The JV will initially invest $47 million to build a plant to produce proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers, the companies say.
