FREC DYNAMOMETER TYPE-i DT220 for Drivetrain Test

We released a new AC dynamometer for drivetrain testing, the FREC DYNAMOMETER TYPE-i DT220 as an additional model of the TYPE-i Series. This model performs drivetrain tests on the driving wheels of a test vehicle. This dynamometer optimized cooling construction. In so doing, it realized a smaller footprint and low inertia, but high torque performance. By improving the accuracy level of the rotation speed sensor and torque meter, it gave the test system high capabilities to meet to high acceleration and deceleration testing, or testing in low speed, like in the cases of a transient test or rough road running test. In addition, by adopting a high-response AC Drive for dynamometer control, THYFREC VT340DY, it became an eco-friendly product offering high efficiency and an energy saving feature.
