Recent decades have yielded many interesting results at the boundaries between various sciences. The present study was conducted at the intersection of several areas of physics. In the process of analyzing a large number of experimental facts and astronomical observations, two simple gravitational effects were found, the combination of which causes a great variety of secondary gravitational effects, including gravitational refraction of light, gravitational delay of light, gravitational lensing, and others. The previously unknown feature of the propagation of cosmic microwave background radiation takes a special place in this series. The results obtained formed the basis for a new approach to the subjects of Relativity and Gravitation.
