FOR YEARS, THE Veterans Affairs Cooperative Studies Program (VACSP) Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center has been working its way toward earning a Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award. In 1996, the center first started looking at the Baldrige criteria for performance excellence.
