Feasibility study of a marble/granite carrier - a coastal Ro-Ro concept

This paper describes the coastal roll-on-roll-off concept for a marble/granite carrier. The mini trailorship economics have been applied to the transportation assignments. The cargo handling efficiency on a short sea Ro-Ro vessel has also been discussed. The overall efficiency of the coastal freight transportation has been discussed in detail.
