Nippon Oil and CNPC expect to jointly operate Osaka plant in April

Tokyo-Nippon Oil and China National Petroleum Corporation are on track with their plan to operate the former’s 115,000 b/d Osaka refinery as a joint-venture, export-oriented plant from April, a company official in Tokyo said February 4.
