Caspian Sunrise (formerly Roxi Petroleum) reports that "following the completion of the Baverstock merger Caspian Sunrise will have a 99 interest in the BNG Contract Area" in western Kazakhstan. The area lies 40km southeast of the huge Tengiz field on the edge of the Mangistau Oblast and covers an area of 1,702sq km.
