摘要

Karachi, Pakistan-Pakistan Refinery Limited, the country's third largest refiner, is facing serious financial problems due to nonpayment of dues owed for the sale of oil products and might be forced to halt operations if the money does not flow in quickly, a senior company official said October 26. The company is owed Pakistani Rupees 13 billion ($156 million) in total, of which Pakistan State Oil, the country's dominant oil marketing and distribution company, owes 90, Aftab Husain, general manager, supply and planning, told Platts.
