Eskja factory sets new standards

FISHING AND PROCESSING company Eskja in eastern Iceland has changed its strategy in pelagic fisheries, selling its factory pelagic vessel Adalsteinn Jonsson, the former Norwegian-built M Ytterstad, and replacing it with a more conventional vessel, the former Libas, also from Norway and one of the largest and most innovative vessels of its kind when it was built in 2004.
