摘要

We have investigated the effect of electron transport layer on the electrical and optical properties of quantum dot light-emitting devices (QD-LEDs). Tris2,4,6-trimethyl-3-(pyridine-3-yl)phenyl borane (3TPYMB) and 3,4,5-triphenyl-1,2,4-triazole (TAZ) were used as organic electron transport layers. The device with 3TPYMB layer exhibited lower driving voltage, better emission spectrum, and higher efficiency than the TAZ device. The maximum current efficiency of 14.8 cd/A was achieved in the device with 3TPYMB layer.
