摘要

We proposed the SDMA (Space Division Multiple Access) using dual-polarized antennas at both the base station and the terminal station with polarization assignment for the terminal station. In our previous study, we evaluated the user discrimination characteristics of proposed SDMA by using the ideal transmission with the vertical (V) and horizontal (II) polarization. However, in an actual environment, the terminal station is used at not only outside and inside buildings. Moreover, not only V and H pol. but also slant 45 pol. is evaluated as orthogonal polarization in mobile communication systems. In this paper, we first clarify the XPD and spatial correlation characteristics considering the inclination angle of the terminal when the terminal antenna is located outside and inside a measurement car. BER characteristics are also evaluated the BER applying SDMA using the measured amplitude and phase data in an actual cellular environment.
