As far as the export trade is concerned in China, textile exports have already accounted for a rela-tively large part. However, export trade is a double-edged sword with advantages and disadvantages. Although it is conducive to the rapid economic growth of China, it also brings certain environmental pollution problems and the danger of resource ex-haustion. In order to explore the causal relationship between trade liberalization and environmental pol-lution, we take the textile exports in China as an ex-ample,analyze and study the status quo of exports and the environmental problems that it has induced. The measurement software used is mainly Eviews 6.0.The analysis is based on the time series mainly from the following three aspects of trade environ-mental benefits, namely scale, technology, and struc-tural effects. From the regression analysis, it can be seen that the export of the textile industry in China will have a negative impact on the environment. Considering the two factors that obviously affect the environment including the technological effect and the scale effect, the trade development of the textile industry and the textile and apparel industry has a negative impact on the environment. If the export trade volume increases by 1, the industrial waste gas volume and total energy consumption increase by 0.1532 and 0.2764,respectively,which has a serious negative impact on the environment.
